| The
responsibility of developing child's character and stimulating
The intellect belongs not only the school but to the community
as a whole. The school and the home must co-ordinate, communicate,plan
and help each other in creating a conducive environment at home
and school to enthuse and motivate children to become good and
smart. To be successful in its efforts the school needs the
support and co-operation of parents and guardians to assist
each child in developing within themselves a strong foundation
of habits, attitudes, values and skills that are essential for
success in life. |

Parental Behaviour |

a)
|
Parents are requested
to look into their children's school diaries everyday,
and see that the lessons and homework assigned for next
day are done regularly by their wards. |

b)
|
Remarks made in the school
homework diary should be seen and countersigned regularly
by the parents. |
|
c)
|
If you feel that your
child is not making the desired progress, the principal
should be contacted immediately. |
|
d)
|
Criticism of students,
teacher or hi/his school in the presence of child should
be avoided because it causes the student to lose respect
for his/her teachers and the school. |

e)
|
Parents and guardians
are not allowed to see their children or to interview
their teachers during school hours without the prior permission
of the principal. |
|
f)
|
Parents are also expected
to participate regularly in school functions whenever
they are invited. |
|
g)
|
Parents/guardians are
specially requested to notify the school if any change
in their address. |
|
h)
|
Visitors are not allowed
to interview the teacher in their respective classrooms. |

Parent - Teacher Meetings |
|

| APS
Academy organizes periodically parent-teacher meetings in which
talks are arranged on child education and child welfare. Attendance
of at least one of the parents at such meetings is compulsory. |
