What does “Buddy Medic” offer?

Buddy clinic offers modules for the management of doctor’s appointment, Specializations, Diagnostic, treatment, prescription, Separate pathology billing, patient information including appointment history, medical history and billing. Buddy Medic also helps doctor’s analyze the cash inflow through a particular consultant, patient visits due to references, rebate reports for insurance agencies, accounting reports

Patient information

It refers a significant advancement over traditional system by providing comprehensive management of patient and financial information. A comprehensive data is collected using this module

Panels

Companies can contact clinics for the annual or periodic check-ups/treatment of their employees. Buddy Medic maintains record of such employees company wise.

Observation/Prescription

•	This module deals with recording check-up details, consultant notes, maintaining the list of prescriptions for various patients.
•	Allergy warning while prescribing medicine

Appointment

•	Keep track of patient appointment electronically and you will just be scratching the surface of what can be done with the appointment scheduling module. This module would empower you to perform the basic scheduling function Much more efficiently, like, setting future appointments, recording the appointment for doctor/consultant on a day to day basis.
•	The appointment can be of many types- tentative, confirmed, consultant not available etc and with the help of different color scheme this feature has becomes enlightening.
•	Nifty appointment filtering which gathers information that you can:

	1.	View where your technician were busy during a particular time period.
	2.	View where your resources were busy
	3.	Find out appointments given for particular treatment procedure.
	4.	If the doctor has a fixed meeting with a particular patient every week, for a month ,then it can be done through the Set recall option and which would be reflected in recall diary.
	5.	Appointment can be rescheduled by clicking at the column whose appointment is to be rescheduled

Contact

The contact module deals with the maintenance of information about personnel who need to be interacted every now and then due to personal or professional reason. It also performs searching of records and thereafter posting a correspondence to them through E-Mail.

Billing

•	Payment in different payment mode-CASH, CHEQUE, CARD, DD.
•	Report of discounts given to patients on their bills.
•	Outstanding amount and received amount
•	Laboratory bill

Dental chart and images

•	The old adage” a picture is worth a thousand words” has never meant so much as with the “Dental Chart” module which features encoding a dentistry odontogram.
•	It also has capability to store, view and print images of X-Rays, ultrasound and other pictures, patient wise. Images can be marked or edited.

Stock Management

Many clinics have attached pharmacy. The inventory of medicines and other items can be maintained through a Pharmacy add-on module which generates very comprehensive reports.

Query builder

Desired records can be extracted and exported to Microsoft Excel Worksheet for mail merge, printing labels etc. For this “Query builder” option is kept where user can easily search for a given record based on any condition supplied by him. User can easily search for the record, from the database by forming a search expression based on multiple fields of his choice. The Query expression can consist of four simultaneous sub-expression joined by AND/OR.
